2006: Fletcher played in all 16 games at middle linebacker recording team highs with 157 tackles and four interceptions. In addition, he scored two touchdowns: a five-yard fumble return against New England (9/10/06) and a 17-yard interception return against Green Bay (11/5/06).
2005: A disruptive force defensively all game, he led the Bills with 10 tackles vs. Hou. (9/11). Picked-up his fifth career fumble recovery which led to a 39-yard Rian Lindell FG. 2004: In his third season with the Bills, led the team with 150 tackles (115 solo) including a career-high tying 21 tackles at NYJ (10/10)…the defensive captain, Fletcher posted double-digit tackles seven times in '04 and also posted 3.5 sacks, the most during his Bills tenure.
2003: In his second season in Buffalo, Fletcher started all 16 games and led the team in total tackles (132) solo tackles (89) and assists (34). He also had seven tackles-for-loss, two sacks and a fumble recovery.
2002: In his first season with the Bills, Fletcher was elected as the defensive team captain by his teammates. He cracked the 200-tackle plateau with 209 total, had three sacks, forced three fumbles and recovered two others.
2001: Fletcher started all 16 regular season games and all 3 postseason contests once again for the Rams. For the third straight season, he led the team in tackles with 189 (113 solos) and also registered 4.5 sacks, intercepted two passes and forced a pair of fumbles. Fletcher was twice selected as NFC Defensive Player of the Week - after games at SF on 9/23 and at NE on 11/18.
2000: Fletcher started 16 games at middle linebacker for St. Louis and had a career year by leading the team with a franchise record 193 tackles (eclipsing old mark of 185 set by LB Jim Collins in 1984). He also established career highs in sacks (5.5), interceptions (4), passes defensed (10) and quarterback pressures (nine) while adding a forced fumble. He also made at least 10+ tackles in each of final seven games, highlighted by season-high 18 at Car. (12/3).
1999: He led the Rams in tackles after winning the starting middle linebacker position during training camp and opened every game through Super Bowl win over Titans. His 138 tackles for the season were most by a Ram since Roman Phifer collected 149 in 1995. Fletcher set career highs in games started (16), tackles (138), tackles for losses (5), and total number of plays from scrimmage (625)…named to the All-Madden team.
1998: Fletcher was one of two rookie free agents to make Rams' opening day roster and he played in 16 games, starting season finale at SF (12/27) in place of injured Eric Hill. He earned Carroll Rosenbloom Memorial Award as Rams' rookie of year and led Rams in special teams tackles with 30, and added 17 tackles on defense.
